The Robinsons are back into the swing of things and have had a great week with pictures charting their progress to date. When you calculate the time off they had for Christmas, today is Day 60 and you can really see a difference now!!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
Emma has shrunk another 7 cms this week (chest & hips), and here is what she had to say in her email to me today:
Before Christmas I went shopping to my favourite shop, and found a really nice top that i really wanted. I tried on the medium, but being a bit of an apple (a LOT of an apple) and the top being a bit clingy, it looked pretty horrible round my big belly. Being a girl though, I bought it anyway, thinking ‘I’ll slim into that’ as girls do (and then end up with a whole load of clothes that just make you feel sad as you continue your march up the scales).Yesterday I wore that top to work and everyone said I looked nice. Funny how just little things like that can make such a difference.
