The week 9 results from our bride-and-groom-to-be are in.
Paul and Emma continue to exercise, eat healthily (mostly) and follow their Herbalife nutrition programmes. Like everyone, they’ve had good days and bad, and do find it more of a challenge when they are eating out a lot or tempted by hot cross buns and birthday cake (!) but it really is worth while.
Towards the end of their 9th week they have achieved these tremendous results. These are still the Before photos – revisions are longingly awaited at this end (hint, hint!!)
Emma: 16 lbs lost and measurements reduced in key areas are
- bust – 13 cm
- waist – 16 cm
- hips – 12 cm
- thighs – 11 cm
- arms – 2 cm from each arm
Paul has lost 17 lbs and reduced his body fat percentage by 15.4% !!!!! In addition, he’s lost:
- collar – 3 cm
- chest – 5 cm
- waist – 13 cm
Paul is using some of the protein products to personalise his Programme as he’s really going for it with the exercise – you can also see one of his favourite shake recipes on my last post.
These are really fabulous results since January 7th – you should both feel incredibly proud of yourselves. And you’re not just dieting like mad either, you are being sensible and doing lots of exercise and working to improve your overall health. Well done!
