Nitric Oxide & Heart Health

I’ve had several customers recently with Heart Health concerns, either due to existing conditions or people wanting to do what they can to reduce their increased risk of heart disease (see previous post), and I thought I’d share with you some information on Nitric Oxide…

Before I started my Herbalife product training, I’d never heard about Nitric Oxide or the work Nobel Laureate Dr. Louis Ignarro had done into its effects on the body. As several of my family have had high blood pressure and/or died in the night of heart disease I found it particularly interesting.

What is Nitric Oxide(NO)?

Our vascular system uses Nitric Oxide (NO) to control blood flow to every part of the body. Not only can NO relax and dilate the blood vessels, thus ensuring a better blood circulation, NO can also support a healthy blood pressure when combined with healthy diet and exercise.

Why is Nitric Oxide important?

Nitric Oxide is a key component of assuring normal circulation around the body. As production of NO declines with age and is low during the night, supplementing your body with NO is a wise supportive measure.

How can I get more NO?

With supplementation of a potent amount of L-Arginine and L-Citrulline, your body can boost its natural production of Nitric Oxide. Exercise, fruits and vegetables are definitely the top generators of NO production.

Dr Ignarro’s book on the subject “No More Heart Disease: How Nitric Oxide Can Prevent – Even Reverse – Heart Disease and Strokes” can be found on Amazon.
Following the research which is highlighted in the book, Dr Ignarro worked with Herbalife to develop Niteworks.

  • All the special formula ingredients work together with your body’s own mechanism to increase Nitric Oxide.
  • Niteworks active ingredients are in carefully balanced quantities to help optimise Nitric Oxide production.
  • L-Arginine is used by the body to produce Nitric Oxide. L-Citrulline is recycled by the body into L-Arginine. Vitamin C and E extend the activities and the lifespan of Nitric Oxide in the body.
  • Niteworks Food Supplement is NOT designed to treat any medical conditions. It provides nutritional support for optimum body functioning.
  • Niteworks is especially beneficial to those aged 35 plus and active sports people.

If you are interested in trying Niteworks and you have an existing problem with your health, I can supply you with a physician’s letter that you can take to your GP to check it’s suitability for you. Alternatively, if you do not have any existing health concerns and would like to get started on Niteworks as soon as possible, you can order online from…
