Hi
I really want to lose weight and a friend suggested Herbalife. What products would be ideal to use while breastfeeding?
What about toxins that are released in the bloodstream and thus, in breastmilk, as a result of rapid weight loss?
Hope to hear from you soon
Thanks

Hi! I have been reading you blog and find it helpful. To be honest Im quite scared to take the product while breastfeeding, I’ve read many reports good and bad. My distribuitor is young and single so she doesn’t really know and before my wedding I lost a lot of weight and felt great so I love the shakes and products BUT with pregnancy I went back to a big 16, with slow diet and exercise I am now a 14 but I was a 10 when I got married and want to go back really bad and the weight just wont come off! I feel stuck. I have had many problems with milk supply from the beginning and don’t want it to decrease with shakes? would you recommend drinking it in the morning only or at night too? I am afriad if I drink 2 a day, too much herbalife will go in baby and harm him somehow, it’s my 1st baby too. I buy shakes in america I dont know if that matters.
thank you so much!

i am looking for this article… im trying to decide on herbalife while breastfeeding… can you email me the article please? its been removed
I’m afraid I have been instructed to remove the article by Herbalife as European legislation is apparently now very strict on what can be published about product recommendations for bf women. I can’t even tell you which products I use as I am bf too
even if I make it clear I am using the products for good health and not crash dieting or anything – which is what the legislation is intended to prevent. Sorry! It’s crazy when the products are just food and food is perfectly safe – in fact, imho the products are much safer than processed food and high salt/sugar/fat foods that are on the shelves everywhere … ah, I could go on!!!
I would advise you talk to your Distributor in person and they will be able to tell you about the products face-to-face.
