Hello and welcome to the SK Nutrition blog! My name is Sarah Knight and I am an Herbalife Independent Distributor and Wellness Coach. I run my business - SK Nutrition - from home in Surrey. Here is a bit about me and my business, you can find contact details at the bottom of the page.

My own Herbalife testimonial

After a problem-ridden pregnancy, I had my son in July 2006. I had been really careful to eat well during my pregnancy as I was seriously overweight before I became pregnant, so I managed to lose all of my pregnancy weight within 6 weeks (I was also breastfeeding). Great! But I was still worryingly obese (size 20 with a 5′ 3″ frame), frumpy, unhealthy and VERY stressed out as a first time wannabe-perfectionist mother.

With a beautiful new baby to care for ( and still recovering from an emergency Caesarian) I found I had little time to look after my own needs and I was getting through the day on sugary snack-foods and sandwiches. I felt really awful with constant tummy troubles. Being on maternity leave from a 12-year career, I felt as though I’d lost my identity along with my va-va-voom and I was desperate for help. Frankly, I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired! I’d fall asleep if I sat down for more than 10 minutes. My husband had gained a son but lost his wife!

I first used the Herbalife products a decade ago and got tremendous results with my health then, so I decided to try them again and see what happened. Within a short time on the basic nutrition and wellness products I’d lost 8lbs and was feeling SO much better, with more energy and a better attention-span, despite little sleep. I’d soon lost 20 pounds and felt amazing with everyone giving me compliments! I didn’t feel tired any more, I had plenty of energy to see me through the day and even into the night when my husband came home from work - I’d regained my life..

By the time I’d lost 2.5 stone and was feeling more healthy than I had since my early twenties, and after losing 3 stone, people were asking me how they could get the products and the results I had…. and so I decided to become an Herbalife Distributor and Wellness Coach myself! I absolutely LOVE the Herbalife products, which I use every day - I love feeling healthy and full of energy.

It’s fantastic to be able to help other people to use the Herbalife products to achieve their own wellness goals and I feel very passionate about helping my clients to make the SMALL changes to their daily routines that can have such MAJOR long-term benefits for their health and well-being. I am genuinely delighted to be able to run such a fulfilling and flexible business from home and to do something that really does impact people in such a positive and lasting way.
