This is all great advise to follow to strive for proper hydration.  I've learned that (and is now my opionion) that if you are not drinking water, you are probably working on escalating a chronic dehydration condition.  It isn't casual to think that you body will consume/burn eight glass of water to digest sugar introduced by just one soft drink.  What makes this worse is the acidity of the soft drink from phrophoric acid.  It will take drinking 32 glasses of water to neutralize the acidity introduce to your body by the soft drink.  Soft drinks are a major poision and it is sad to know that more soft drinks are consumed in the United states, than is water.

Also make sure that you are going through a doctor that is board certified at what he does and always ask others who they might recommend. Cellulite can be reduced by changing some things in your life and doing things just a little bit differently.</description>

Most sites which promote a particular nutritional supplement usually do a poor job providing other health info.

Re: Tone your muscles with weight resistance training three days a week - increased muscle mass will burn more calories… even when you are at rest!

Some new research is showing that including resistance training throughout the day has an even greater effect on metabolism. 

Not to replace your 3 workouts a week, but include little mini sessions throughout the day. Ex. when you go to sit down or get up from a chair, throw in 5 extra chair squats. Wall push-ups, isometric bicep curls.

Little 20 second workout @ then back to the daily grind.
