  • Frequently miss meals or eat irregularly?
  • Consume a lot of fat-saturated or sugary foods?

Each of these factors allow free radicals to proliferate and weaken the immune system. A weakened immune system leaves the body vulnerable and is partly caused by poor nutrition. It seems that Winter is well on its way – not only is it dark and cold outside, but bugs are EVERYWHERE! Even various friends with the strongest of constitutions tell me they feel they are fighting something off, have a tickle in their throat or have families with all sorts of viruses and sniffles. If like me, you have a susceptible toddler (not to mention a personal immune system weakened by pregnancy) going out in public seems like a game of Russian roulette!

One of my clients started using Schizandra Plus a few weeks ago. This is Anita’s update after taking the product for a few weeks:

Well, I said I thought it was working ‘mysteriously’, that’s because at first I felt like I was going through a detox, but I am glad I recognised the symptoms and stayed with it, adding some additional measures to speed the detox along (more water, veggies and fruits). Conveniently this is just what Herbalife advises, too.As I mentioned, B6 is one of those vitamins which I have taken in the past, and has an almost instant uplifting effect, on my mood.
