I published Emma C’s before and “half-way” pictures a few days ago. This is what Emma had to say about her decision to use Herbalife, how she is finding it, and her results so far:

I am getting married in December this year and don’t want to be a fat bride so knew it was time to get serious about losing weight!! Spare Tyre??

As someone who loves travelling to different places, taking it easy and sampling plenty of local food and wine, I can relate to those who find it a challenge to maintain their weight while they are on holiday. This can be particularly difficult for people who have been exercising and eating sensibly in the run up to their trip and then find themselves in an all-inclusive resort, or with a group of friends who generally eat and drink a lot more than they do!

In the current heat, or if you are going on holiday, it is especially important that you pay attention to the amount of water you are drinking each day. I have written about the health benefits of correct hydration a number of times – here are some reminders for you:
